What we collect
We collect only what we need to quote for and complete a delivery:
- Contact details — your name, company, email address and phone number.
- Job details — collection and delivery addresses, dates, a description of the goods and any site contacts you give us.
- Proof of delivery — a photograph, GPS location, timestamp and, where taken, a recipient signature.
- Technical data — anonymised analytics about how the website is used. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To quote for work, plan and carry out deliveries, prove that a delivery took place, invoice you, and answer your enquiries. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running a delivery business, and consent where you have ticked a box to be contacted.
Who we share it with
Only where it is necessary to do the job: our drivers and subcontracted carriers, our insurers where a claim arises, our accountants, and our IT and email providers acting on our instructions. How long we keep it
